Learning languages through communication is the main aim of our courses, as well as enjoying your holidays in a perfect Galican geographic loction like the River Bajas, more specifically in O Grove, where our language school is.
Another fundamental characteristic of our courses is living together with other international students doing their spanish courses, so the accommodation and activities are done together: excursions, fiestas, dinners, cultural and sports activities.
As well as the possibility of making new friends, it is a good opportunity to do language exchanges.
It is because of this, and for more than 25 years of experience that the demand is increased, so this year we return to do these courses in Galicia that we will detail below.
O Grove, with 15,000 inhabitants, is a beautiful port in the warmest area of the Rías Bajas. Its geographical location is unbeatable, as it is a penisula surrounded by beautiful beaches, all with fine white sand where you can find small deserted coves and large prestine beaches, together with other busier ones such as La Lanzada, a 3km stretch of sand, surrounded by beautiful dunes (blue flag U.E). Its location on the banks of the Atlantic makes it perfect to practice sports such as surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.
Attached to O Grove by a beautiful bridge is the well known island of Toja, which offers a wide range of possibilities for leisure: casino, spa, tennis and golf.
Out of the peninsula we still have 15km of beaches until you get to Portonovo and Sanxenxo, summer villages that form a triangle with O Grove where you can find all the nightlife in the area, full of cafes, pubs and clubs open until the early hours of the morning.
An intensive course of 20 or 30 lessons for all levels.
The teacher is native and specialised.
For those that want to get to know the country and the people, the school offers a varied programme of cultural, sports and leisure activities. The acitivities are optional and the transport costs, entrance fees and meals are not included in the price of the course.
As well as cultural acitivites organised by the school, there is also the possibility to practice sports and acitivites in free time in and out of the village: horse riding, playing tennis, visiting the beaches etc. There are surf, horse riding and diving schools in the area.
In the school we will inform you about the tourist routes, places of interest, cultural events, concerts, popular fiestas and activities that are not organised by the school.
Shared apartments with international students doing Spanish courses, with the aim of creating a suitable environment for learning about the language and customs. The apartments aren´t far from the language school. You can get to the school, which is in the centre of O Grove on foot.
The apartments, big and comfortable, have single and doule rooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. They are fully furnished, have bedding, kitchen utensils and laundry. You must bring your own towels.

First encounter: The reception will be in the "Café la Marquesina", Rúa de Praza 30 - Contact telephone: 646 - 132 - 834. The Sunday corresponding with the starting of each course, between 12:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00, is the time where there will be somewhere there to show the students to their apartments and give them more information about the course and the additional activities.
By plane:
The closest airports are Santiago de Compostela and Vigo. From Santiago and Vigo there are three possibilites: a direct bus to O Grove, or a bus or train to Pontevedra to get the bus to O Grove.
